Casa Alba: bringing light back to a 1910 house
180 m², three floors, a forgotten patio. Seven months of work with Vinalopó craftspeople.

The owners, a couple from Amsterdam and Monóvar, wanted a house that smelled of lime and wood, not of renovation. We removed false ceilings, restored the pine beams and opened the patio with an iron glazed wall made in Elda.
Downstairs, honed Novelda travertine; upstairs, oiled natural oak. The kitchen was made to measure with a crema marble top and Agost terracotta fronts.
